Driveway and Highway Access

The Highway Access and Driveway Permit Application is required for all construction projects pertaining to driveway installation and changes.

Please complete the entire application and sign page 2. Download and email this form to Dave Geraths of General Engineering:  dgeraths@generalengineering.net and copy the Town Clerk: clerk@sumner-jc-wi.gov.

The building inspector will notify you of application and permit fees due. Application and Permit fees are required to be paid in full before a permit will be issued.
